Not if his federal informant uncle has anything to do with it as they both sing like a bird when they need to get what they want. Both should have been in jail for the last ten to twenty five years for their doping sales and manufacturing.

James L. Knotts didn't make parole today. Projected release date is 11/11/2014 on the wvdoc web site.
Parole hearing comes up the 17th of this month.
