I'm all for complaining - to the PSC or otherwise. There comes a time, though, where the sheer quantity of your name across someone's desk tends to negate how seriously you're taken. Especially when your efforts aren't concentrated on one central issue, but cover every entity possible.

The State of Georgia has a new law that says if you're a registered sex offender, you can't live within 1000 feet of a school bus stop. If you already do, you have to move.
If you're 17 in Georgia & you do The Nasty with your 16-year-old girlfriend & her parents break bad on you & get you convicted, you can't even ride your own school bus. If you're 60 years old & have lived in your house since 1952, raised your kids & been an upstanding pillar of society but get convicted of soliciting a prostitute, you become a registered sex offender for the rest of your life & can't live within 1000 feet of your grandchild's bus stop.
You can be convicted of murder in varying degrees, pay your debt to society & get on with your life. Once you're registered as a sex offender, it's for life. Regardless of circumstances, regardless of who you offend, regardless of how many times she told you she was 18.

i love it when something like that surfaces. my wife was 15 and i was 17 when we first moved in togethor. yes we had our own place. wasnt much but it was ours. i worked and paid the bills on a really small trailer. when she turned 16 i was still 17 and we married. back then i remember it took almost a week for the blood test results to come back. i still dont know what they were testing for. but we married and 15 years later we are still married.
does that make me a child molestor? should i be on a sex offender registry for having sex with a live in girlfriend and then my minor wife? considering i was a minor also.
we were both minors and even remember a 7-11 wouldnt sell us matches to light our furnace that first winter. go figure huh.

The 18-year-old girl left her mother Vickki Starcher's apartment on August 31, 2002, telling her she was going out to get a pack of cigarettes.
She has not been seen since.
Now comes some startling accusations by a Clay County woman Renee Boyd (pictured right) of Ovapa's "Murder Mountain." She is the long-time girlfriend of Tommy Young, Sr., who is currently in jail for shooting Boyd's brother Richard Cummings.
After a week of gunfire on Murder Mountain, Boyd claims her brother and his girlfriend Sandra Khalaf ate "b - - - h burgers" made from the missing woman's body.
Cummings and Khalaf were key witnesses in the murder case against Tattoo Vince Gosolow, who was found guilty of murdering Roane Countian Judd Reid.
Probably take drug's , maybe a tattoo artist, must have done something wrong to get life with out mercy. Yep, sound's like a well rounded citizen, fit's right in with Clayberry USA.
to my knowledge most of the local tatooing has been done at JIM MOORES tatoo parlor, HARTLAND.
in my opinion, although RICHARD CUMMINGS said he/they ate "b__chburger" he only knew STARCHER/SEABOLT but apparently had a dislike for her. if he had anything to do with her disappearance it would surely have come out when he testified against "TATOO VINCE."

Let me tell u the guy he did kill was a friend but they had problems from a issue that happened involving a girl who put her self in a situation that caused Judd and Alex to be at each others nerves ,I had them Alex and Judd at my house the weekend before Judd died and I seen and heard the shit first hand ,things got out of control and things got bad and Alex lost his temper w Judd it wad wrong but he killed mo one else ..He was my nest friend I love him he is paying for his rage but please don't say he did horrible things on murder mountain but that farm was Alex s and his brothers dream and I spent alot of time there we r from NJ and we would spend time there doing country things making memories ..alex and his brother had that farm taken from them by the law and saying these things that r not true is hurting his brother Michael ,myself . Alex is a true loyal good dear friend and will never be able to hug me again or see my kids get married please let this go ..hes a good person who did a bad thing
