Open it up near the courthouse so it's easily accessible & then put a heavy-duty scanner inside (with a loudspeaker outside) so even the police know what's going on at all times.

well we did have road blockage on rt. 4/16 but all clear for traffic. don't know where the police was but 20 min. after a call to 911 the road was cleared of an 18" tree fall by someone in a red pickup truck using a chain saw.

Most of you know my mom died almost 3 years ago. While Mother's Day is a wonderful day at our house, it's still ... you know.

There is 5 cop cars parked on Carr Street across from Clay Apartments wonder if it has anything to do with the young boy hit, or the 4 wheelers that have been flying in and out of the parking lot at the Clay Apartments all day. Looks like them apartments are turning just as nasty as the Highstreet with all the junk cars and 4 wheelers in the lot.
The Clay Ambulance is always calling for health net no matter if its a toothache, car wreck, Fart hung or whatever its their thing to make it sound worse over the scanner then it actually is. Also they like to change ambulances at Clendenin so they can double charge you.
If its needed or not they love crying WOLF.
4 Wheeler wreck in Widen at 85 Nicholas Street. Clay 16 flopping gums to much without engaging brain. Bad condition on rider and need chopper called again. See its every run they make they gotta call medivac.
If anybody I loved ever wrecked a 4-wheeler or got hit by a car - or sustained any other potentially catastrophic injury - I'd much prefer the ambulance folks call HealthNet rather than over-estimate their own abilities & possibly lose my loved one.

So how are the ones who were flown yesterday?
I don't know anything about the circumstances of yesterday's accident, but I know that some teenager rode my tail all the way from Hartland to the middle of town yesterday evening. With each consecutive speed limit reduction sign, I slowed down; he got closer. By the time we hit 25 as we got into town, he was practically pushing me. If his car hadn't been such a POS (which probably means he's underinsured) & if I thought for 2 seconds there'd be a proper police report when he hit me, he'd have bought my car.
I heard health net talking after they picked up Isaac. They said that he was alert and oriented, just a little slow to respond but with stimulation he WAS answering their questions. Hopefully that was a good thing.
I don't know about the other guy in widen.

I kindly ask that you start a new thread, thanks. Yes, this Lisa H. It's sad that someone not from Clay, like myself, is willing to keep for fighting for those who live here. I love this small town, my son does well in the school, we both volunteer our time and efforts here, and I do try my best to follow your rules.
Thank you to my friends who have made comments on here and for the calls this morning. I was a bad girl and stepped on CL's toes in the CCHA, however she resigned. In the CCC meeting she stated that the CCHA is a volunteer board, which it is, and she was tired of being attacked in the media and the blogs. Well, welcome to the world CL. I have been attacked and once again am being attacked but I am still here. When I do comment on here, I sign my name and yes, I know that others can claim they are me or sign my name but I am very sure that my writing style proves when it's me.
So, to the "person", and anon I don't believe it was CL, that went to the sheriff about my boyfriend I am curious what he told you?
Frank has a residence in Ohio, goes back and forth several times a month and on occassions will leave me his car since I sold mine. He visits me here, plain and simple. He lives in Ohio. It is NOT a crime for him to be here, so anon thanks for taking up the sheriff's time in making that report, if in fact you actually did. Like another person commented, grow up and get a life.
I have not been back to the High Street Apartments since I moved out, going on 3 years now, with the exception of doing CCHA business. I don't even know who lives there anymore. I rent a place, am good to my neighbors and friends and stay to myself.
I have no idea why anyone should run to the sheriff because I have a boyfriend and claim on here it's a crime. Frank has done a lot to support this community and hopes one day to make Clay his home. When I worked for BS, we had him checked out, so the sheriff already knows he doesn't even have any speeding tickets! The sheriff and his deputies and a couple of green shirts have met Frank and they have nothing "bad" to say about him. Anon, can you say the same?
As for owing me for the "cr*p" I write on here, again get your facts straight. I have stayed away from these blogs because others have said a lot of "cr*p" about me on here. I love the concept of them but to be honest it comes across very hurtful at times and life is way too short to waste by being hurt/hurtful to one another.

Even JM went public and stated that she was NOT happy with Encore, so ME there is no need to attack me on here about JM, I like her and think she has done a great job, but Encore hasn't! Plain and simple.

At least I am trying to make Clay a better place to live and am not attacking people on here. FYI if you have wireless around me, get your own service I have now turned mine off since Frontier has informed me that there have been several people "using" my router.

lol I think you are a great person Lisa H! hahah I didn't notice your backside at our childrens'induction into the National Junior Honor Society the other evening. But, you do look well! Your dress was beautiful, too. It amazes me that people have nothing better to do with their time than to harass you. I heard once that if someone is harassing you at least they are leaving someone else alone. hahah I know you and I know you can handle it.
One last thought... you are exactly right, if more people would focus on doing something GOOD for the county or even just a neighbor/friend we would live in a much happier world. But we are all so wrapped up in dragging someone down or putting them down we lose sight of how short life really is. Life IS short.. live it well. And Lisa, I'm glad that our paths have crossed!! :)
