In 1992, at the last Conway Twitty concert I attended, I bought a Crazy in Love sweatshirt. I must say, he be lookin' good. Conway died in June 1993. The sweatshirt has become a bit of a shrine. I drag it out every Christmas to do my power Christmas shopping in. I've got it on now . I'm going in.

One beautiful December evening Pedro and his girlfriend Rosita were
sitting by the side of the ocean. It was a romantic full moon, when
Pedro said, "Hey, mamacita, let's play Weeweechu."
"Oh no, not now, lets look at the moon" said Rosita.
"Oh, c'mon baby, let's you and I play Weeweechu.
I love you and it's the perfect time," Pedro begged.
"But I wanna just hold your hand and watch the moon."
"Please, corazoncito, just once, play Weeweechu with me."
Rosita looked at Pedro and said, "OK, one time, we'll play Weeweechu."
Pedro grabbed his guitar and they both sang.....

On my best day, I'd rather take a poke in the eye with an icepick than go to WalMart. Today, the only rude people were the under-18 crowd. Hmm. I'm not dwelling on it. I'm just glad it's over.
The shopping is done. The menu's prepared. The wrapping's in progress. Tomorrow, I cook, clean & thank God I'm getting ready for a full house.
